　　战荣律师有超过15年的律师工作经验：

1、在民商事争议解决方面，战荣律师曾代理过众多疑难复杂且高标的额的案件，包括但不限于融资租赁合同纠纷、金融借款合同纠纷、房屋买卖合同纠纷、建设工程施工合同纠纷、劳动争议纠纷等。对于每个案件，战荣律师都在接受委托时深度分析策划方案、精心准备法律文书、与当事人和法官积极沟通交流，以其高度的责任心和优秀的专业能力为客户提供优质、高效的法律服务。

2、在涉外法律服务方面，战荣律师协助美国环保协会（EDF）于2017年在中国成立代表处，自EDF北京代表处成立后便担任EDF中国业务的常年法律顾问，7年的法律顾问期间，战荣律师在北京和华盛顿特区两地为EDF提供法律服务。战荣律师还曾为光大金融租赁公司与波音公司（BOEING）、空客公司（AIRBUS）及各航空设备供应商之间的飞机及飞机配件采购进行涉外合同审查、出具法律意见等。

3、在企业法律服务方面，为客户提供交易架构的设计、合同的起草和修订、现场尽职调查并出具尽调意见、对客户的法律咨询出具法律意见等法律服务。

Ms. Rong Zhan has more than 15 years of experience in practicing law .

1. Dispute resolution: Ms. Zhan has represented many complex and high-value cases, including but not limited to financial leasing contract disputes, financial loan contract disputes, house sales contract disputes, construction project contract disputes, labor disputes, etc. For each case, Ms. Zhan deeply analyzes the planning plan, carefully prepares legal documents, actively communicates with the parties and judges, and provides legal services with a high sense of responsibility and excellent professional abilities.

2. Foreign legal services: Ms. Zhan has been served Environmental Defense Fund (EDF) as the outside legal counsel for EDF's activities in China for 7 years during which Ms. Zhan provided legal services both in Beijing and in Washington DC. Ms. Zhan has also provided aviation legal services for Everbright Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. which has established long-term cooperation with Boeing, Airbus and other aircraft parts manufacturers.

3. Corporate legal services: the design of transaction structures, drafting and revision of contracts, due diligence, legal opinions on clients’ legal consultations, etc.
